Shipping
Products will be digitally delivered via web page(s) and downloadable (.ZIP) files immediately after purchase.

Technical Specifications
1. All products are in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) files format.  Excel files have formulas and calculations (shaded cells) to save time. (no macros are used for added security)
2. Products will most often include more than one file in a "Package".
3. Packages will be downloaded or emailed in ZIP file format.
4. All products have technical support via a Help tab (Excel) or information by specific product.
